It's so funny how my parents came up to Austin for Christmas cause they though there was a greater chance for snow. Then it goes and snows in Port Lavaca and clear skies here in Austin. LOL!

Granted our defense was more aggressive and stopped a few more plays this year, it's not good enough to sustain our sucky one dimensional offense. That said, we have a chance to lose to Michigan.

Brr... How did it get so cold so fast. We are border line freezing here in Austin. I bet we drop below 32F by morning. Too bad there is no sign of any precipitation, so no chance of any snow. Oh well, still plenty of winter left.

I finally switched over to trillian, even though I seldomly use Icq, MSN, or Yahoo messenger, I decided to switch cause I was sick of all the stupid ads and crap and popups etc... that comes with AIM. I kinda like the new look.

Happy Thanksgiving

First off, Happy Birthday to Simon! We celebrated by going to Korea House and then later to D&B then followed off with watching House of the Flying Daggers and then Dodge Ball. Overall it was pretty fun even without all the alcohol.

Thank you Richard for sending me some mp3's. After my hd crashed I didn't know where to start off again. Now i'm listening to The Used, Mused and Coheed everywhere I go now. heh

Lastly I'm heading back to PL again. Twice in one month, amazing. Michael ended his week long stay here by heading off the PL a few hours ago. It's nice when visitors come by. It changes up the daily routine which gets kinda boring.

The otherday I was on my way to lab when a cop pulled me over by the football stadium. I thought to myself, what the hell did I do wrong? Was my headlights too bright? Did I not stop all the way? NO...I didn't do anything wrong. I rolled down my window...

The cop goes "Do you know how fast you were going?"
Um... 20 I said?
"Do you know what the speed limit is?"
Um...15?

Holy shit, you got to be kidding me. Of course I didnt say that out loud but wtf? It was going to go down as the LAMEST ticket ever. It would be embarrasing to tell anyone that I got a ticket, no bragging about how fast I was going for this ticket. Then after 15 long minutes he comes back with my license and insurance and says I'm writing you a citation for speeding, it's not a real ticket, just a warning. I was relieved and said ok cool thanks, but as soon as he went back to his car I cursed him and his fat belly. He made me 10 min. late for my lab, which I got yelled at.

It's been almost 2 year and half years since my last ticket! knocks on wood. hmm... better knock on it again.
